• Playing the major role in communication on IS and IT issues between Luxoft teams and customer

• Collecting information on network tools and resources required by development teams and individuals, coordinate on requesting appropriate access and permissions from customer IS and IT support
• Provide initial training on access to network and tools for newly hired Luxoft engineers
• Daily communication with local and customer management, customer IT support, through all way of communication, including phone, messenger, ticketing systems, email
• Be persistence in pursuing goals, driving issues to resolution via friendly remaindering to responsible individuals, escalations to upper management, etc.
• Contribute effectively in the improvement of related processes and activities
• Report work progress continuously through attendance of regular and on-demand meetings

Требования к квалификации:
• Strong intention to get things done
• Good understanding of network organization and security principles
• Good knowledge in network administration (Windows domain, NAT, DNS, Firewall, VPN, VLAN, etc.)
• Ability to clearly explain the network issues and propose own solutions
• Knowledge of at least two bug tracking or ticketing systems
• Windows as advanced user including RDP and native VPN client and third party clients such as Juniper network
• Patience, punctuality, proactivity, multitasking and attention to details
• Ability to work without supervision
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher
• Ability to travel abroad

Would be a big advantage
• Considerable experience in communication with or work as part of IS or IT support
• Familiarity with Google documents and communication services
• Understanding of UML and/or flow diagrams
• German language is a big plus
