Key Responsibilities:The Recruiting team owns an exciting cycle of connecting talents to the great opportunities we have at DiDi. You will own the full cycle from sourcing, interviewing and offer negotiation and onboarding. As a recruiter you`ll have constant communication with the leadership team at DiDi to provide more insights on talent market and use this as a driver for our strategy to attract talents.
Own the end-to-end cycle of the recruiting process. Provide recruiting guidance to business leaders; you will be a trusted partner on the talent market and sharing the findings to drive our recruiting strategy. Own the reporting and constant communication with internal members to give visibility on the recruiting work. Track and find ways to improve the candidate experience during the recruiting process. Work with other HR functions such as compensation and HRBP`s to identify challenges and find solutions for attracting senior talent.
BA degree. 4+ years of experience in recruiting, preferrably strong background recruiting complex market profiles and/or senior management recruiting. Strong knowledge of the IT/Digital market. Strong combination of analytical mindset, business acumen and communication. Passionate about making a connection with key talents and impactful career opportunities. Team player who strives for excellent execution and can-do attitude. Proficiency in English.
