Senior Business Analyst at BairesDev

In this role, you'll own backlog grooming and requirements definition, ensuring development teams always have clear, well-prioritized work ahead of them. Bridging business needs and technical execution, you'll bring structure and clarity to how requirements are captured and refined. What You'll Do:

- Own backlog grooming, ensuring requirements are clear, prioritized, and ready for development.

- Gather and refine business requirements from stakeholders.

- Collaborate with development teams to clarify scope and acceptance criteria.

- Maintain documentation and traceability across the requirements lifecycle.

What we are looking for:

- 5+ years of experience in business analysis.

- Strong experience with backlog grooming.

- Advanced proficiency in English.
