As a Product Owner at BairesDev, you will play a crucial role in bridging business strategy and product development. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to define product vision, prioritize backlog items, and ensure delivery of high-value features that meet customer needs.

What You'll Do

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Manage and prioritize product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer requirements.
• Write and refine user stories, acceptance criteria, and detailed product specifications.
• Work closely with development teams to provide clear guidance and support during product development.
• Conduct regular product backlog grooming and sprint planning sessions.
• Act as the primary point of communication between business stakeholders and development teams.
  
  

What We Are Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in product management, product ownership, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and product development processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into clear technical specifications.
• Proven track record of delivering successful product initiatives.
